COVID 19 Statement

These are exceptional times. With Coronavirus – COVID-19 - we all face an unprecedented global challenge. The Stiltz Group continue to review activities on a daily basis to ensure we comply with safety directives at all times. At the same time, we look to balance this with providing the expected levels of service and support to our customers while being mindful of minimising risk for all concerned.

We are acutely aware that our customers tend to fall into higher risk categories, whether due to age, or as a result of pre-existing medical conditions. Therefore it is all the more important for our current and future customers to maintain their safety and independence at home with the help of their homelifts; this contributes towards the current policy of social distancing, especially important for seniors and those with compromised immune systems. Reduction of accidents within the home at this time will also help minimize the burden on the increasingly stressed healthcare system.

We are keen to ensure those who need new homelifts installed and those who require their lifts to be serviced, can expect these activities to take place without fear of risk to their health. 2020 is shaping up to be a busy year for Stiltz Home Lifts teams across the globe. With two UK offices upsizing so far this year and the third taking on additional space to double their capacity, it seemed only fair it was our turn to move, even if it is only just down the road!

Despite the pandemic, significant US business growth due in no small part to the excellent work of our extensive Dealer Network across the country meant earlier this year, we were able to move into our new home.

Our new office provides 7,000 square feet of warehouse space, which is an increase of nearly 2,000 square feet. This new space gives us a much larger usable area, plus it comes with multiple dock doors that allow us to ship and receive our Home Elevators in higher volumes and enables our dealers to schedule installations more efficiently.

Our previous space was configured in such a way that prevented us from having a stand-alone area for dealer training. Our new facility gives us a whopping 3,200 square foot space dedicated to a Technical Training Center for our dealer network.

This space will accommodate our dealer teams more comfortably – naturally, at a safe distance with the current COVID restrictions. It will also allow us to train our network more effectively on more of the Stiltz Home Lift products and ensure they have everything they need to provide the best possible service to our customers.
