COVID 19 Statement

These are exceptional times. With Coronavirus – COVID-19 - we all face an unprecedented global challenge. The Stiltz Group continue to review activities on a daily basis to ensure we comply with safety directives at all times. At the same time, we look to balance this with providing the expected levels of service and support to our customers while being mindful of minimising risk for all concerned.

We are acutely aware that our customers tend to fall into higher risk categories, whether due to age, or as a result of pre-existing medical conditions. Therefore it is all the more important for our current and future customers to maintain their safety and independence at home with the help of their homelifts; this contributes towards the current policy of social distancing, especially important for seniors and those with compromised immune systems. Reduction of accidents within the home at this time will also help minimize the burden on the increasingly stressed healthcare system.

We are keen to ensure those who need new homelifts installed and those who require their lifts to be serviced, can expect these activities to take place without fear of risk to their health. Stiltz Launches New Home Elevator Website For Canadian Market

Stiltz Home Lifts is delighted to announce we have further expanded our operations into Canada by launching a specialist new website in the region.

The company was founded in 2010 and three years later we opened our North American headquarters in Pennsylvania.

Mark Blomfield, who has more than 20 years of experience in the home accessibility market, acts as president for Stiltz Home Lifts USA. He is also responsible for operations in Canada which is seeing an increase in demand for home elevators.

Stiltz has invested in a new website which has been specifically aimed at the Canadian market. All sales of residential elevators in Canada will continue to be delivered direct from the Stiltz USA base.

Mark said: “We are very excited about expanding our dealer sales channel in Canada. We knew we needed to address the growth in sales by providing our existing Canadian partners with a website that was targeted to consumers in the region.

“It is also our objective to appoint more selected partners in Canada which will strengthen our trade network and provide us with full coverage across Canada as we have achieved in the UK and USA.

“We wish to have a trade dealer representing Stiltz in every major city in Canada, however, we are selective about who we partner with as it is paramount that customers receive the highest level of service from them.

“At Stiltz, we offer a unique product which provides end users with a practical, stylish and viable alternative to a stair lift and our trade dealers enjoy selling it. More and more people are looking for a through-floor accessibility solution whether it be because of a mobility issue or to ‘future proof’ their property so demand will only continue to increase for our home elevators.”
