Access Elevators has become a new authorized dealer for Stiltz Home Elevators and will cover cities within the state of New York.

With locations in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, the firm will build presence and increase awareness for the entire range of Stiltz residential elevators across the region.

One of the leading providers of accessibility solutions in the United States, Access Elevators furnishes and installs custom elevators, hybrid wheelchair lifts and stairway lifts, for both commercial and residential properties across the country. It will be the authorized supplier and installer for Stiltz Home Elevators for customers living in New York City, Jamestown, Erie, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo.

Access Elevators was founded in 1969, focusing on vehicle modifications and supporting customers who required modifications for reasons of handicap accessibility. The business evolved due to customers requesting adaptations in their homes and buildings and, in the early 2000’s, the company diverged into two separate businesses with Access Elevators emerging as major player in the industry, installing hundreds of customized lifts and elevators per year.

The firm shares the ethos of Stiltz Home Elevators and dedicates its efforts to enabling customers to stay in the homes they love. Stiltz Home elevators are all freestanding and require no hydraulics or supporting walls, so customers across the US are finding them to be an excellent solution to mobility difficulties. Homeowners are also installing this type of solution as a way of ‘future proofing’ their residence for use now but, also in later life, when the stairs become more challenging. Customers are also looking at purchasing a Stiltz as a simple way of adding something extra special and practical to their home.

Customers across the region will be able to contact Access Elevators regarding the supply and installation of the newest addition to the Stiltz range of residential elevators, the Stiltz Duo Alta Home Elevator, an elegantly-curved home lift which can carries two people with a footprint of under seven square feet and – the Stiltz Trio Home Elevator – which is ideal for users with a wheelchair, walker or rollator.

Mark Blomfield, president at Stiltz Home Elevators, said: “Thousands of customers across the United States and Europe are already enjoying the benefits of Stiltz Home Elevators so we are delighted to now be working with Access Elevators to offer awareness to customers in several big cities in the state of New York.”
